How long does shipping take?

Please check each items description for the estimated shipping times. Pre-order items will ship about 3 weeks after orders are received. In-stock items will ship within a week, unless they are ordered along with a pre-order item. We ship all of your items together to reduce packaging waste. Updates on pre-orders are posted on our instagram regularly.

Can I return my items or make an exchange?

All sales are final. Size exchanges are handled on an individual basis, but cannot be made once items are in production. If you place an order that needs a size/address correction, contact us immediately at info@surrender.store. 

How are orders shipped?

Domestic Orders (USA):

All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package. All items within your order will be shipped together. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number. 

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or USPS Priority Mail International. All items within your order will be shipped together. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number.

International customers may have to pay extra duties and taxes when receiving their items, for which we are not responsible. Please visit your local postal service center or see customs information for your area for more information.

Further Information

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that the product(s) you ordered are listed correctly and that you agree with the status of your order. If we have a problem processing your order you will be contacted. All orders require a valid email address in case we need to contact you.

If we ship an order and it is returned to us due to an invalid address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the re-shipment. 

Your personal information is not given away under any circumstances.
