Shipping Info / FAQ
Please see each product's description for estimated production times. Pre-order updates will be sent directly via email and posted on our Instagram. Please give a 1-2 week allowance due to the current state of the world. We will ship your order as soon as the products reach our facility!
All sales are final. Size exchanges are handled on an individual basis, but cannot be made once items are in production. If you place an order that needs a size/address correction, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that the product(s) you ordered are listed correctly and that you agree with the status of your order. If we have a problem processing your order you will be contacted. All orders require a valid email address in case we need to contact you.
Domestic Orders (USA):
All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package. All items within your order will be shipped together. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or USPS Priority Mail International. All items within your order will be shipped together. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number.
International customers may have to pay extra duties and taxes when receiving their items, for which we are not responsible. Please visit your local postal service center or see customs information for your area for more information.
If we ship an order and it is returned to us due to an invalid address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the re-shipment.
